If you encountered the following error when attempting to send payslips:
This is most likely caused by your antivirus program blocking the communication. You do not need to disable it entirely in order to send emails to your employees. It is sufficient to adjust the protection scope.
Example using AVAST:
Go to Protection - Core Shields
Here, disable the Mail Shield option
After applying this setting, the payslips will be sent to employees successfully.
