So what can such an integration look like?
Basic export / import: In a basic integration, it is assumed that the majority of operations are handled directly within the e-shop. The operator can manage everything there. The accounting system receives only the data required for accounting purposes — meaning issued invoices are transferred without affecting stock inventory, the address book, or the internal price list. This may be done, for example, via a manual import once a month.
Full integration: Those who are serious about it will consider a full integration between the e-shop and the accounting system. This type of integration can synchronize the address book, price list, stock levels, orders, invoices, and payments. In the e-shop, the user handles "only" advanced product settings, SEO, marketing, etc., while Flexi takes care of everything else (pricing, warehouses, supplier orders, payments, accounting, shipping, etc.).
E-shop built directly on top of Flexi: In this case, the e-shop is built directly on top of ABRA Flexi — meaning all operations are performed within the accounting system, and the e-shop serves solely as a shopping portal for your customers.
