If you have set up FIO Bank tokens in Flexi, the statements most likely downloaded only from the first day of the month in which the token was generated.
However, you may need to import older statements as well. To do this, you will need to delete the token, manually download the statements from your online banking to a folder on your computer, and then in the Bank module click on Services - Load Statements. Once the statements have been loaded, you can upload the token to Flexi again and continue downloading statements online, without the need to save them to your computer.
