Importing a stock document with serial numbers can fail with one of two errors. Both are related to serial numbers, but have a different cause.
Count mismatch

The numbers in parentheses indicate how many serial numbers you sent and how many Flexi expects based on the quantity on the item. The count must match exactly — a receipt note with two pieces requires two serial numbers.
Number already exists
Výrobní číslo XYZ by bylo evidované vícekrát.
This error occurs when receiving a serial number that already exists in Flexi — even if it was issued in the past. If the price list item has the unikVyrCis field enabled (Serial numbers must be unique), each number must be unique within the record.
💡 If you need to receive the same serial number again, first check whether the original piece is still in stock — the vyrobni-cislo record will give you the list. The uniqueness setting is on the price list item in the unikVyrCis field.
