Import ends with an error - Infinite or NaN

Error during import: Infinite or NaN

Written by Lenka Haringerová

A mathematical operation was performed with an invalid value (e.g. infinity, division by zero, or a calculation involving null).

This most commonly occurs when importing a sales invoice (whether from XML or Excel), when foreign currency totals are being applied to the invoice header. The issue is likely related to the exchange rate (e.g. a rate of 0 has been entered, which cannot occur on a foreign currency invoice).

This error can also occur with fixed assets — for example, when filling in an asset event and confirming that the change should be reflected in depreciation, even though no depreciation entries exist for the asset.
