If you're unable to upload an electronic signature certificate to ABRA Flexi, the cause is usually the way the certificate was exported from the system where it was issued.
Cause
Certificates exported with AES256-SHA256 encryption cannot be imported into Flexi. Exporting with TripleDES-SHA1 encryption works correctly.
Solution
Export the certificate again, choosing TripleDES-SHA1 encryption during the export. In Windows, you'll find this option in the certificate export wizard for the .pfx format — in the step where you enter the password, there's an Encryption dropdown menu below the password field. Switch it from AES256-SHA256 to TripleDES-SHA1 and complete the export.
ℹ️ This does not affect the certificate itself or its validity in any way — it only changes the format in which the file is packaged.
