📂 What are disconnected companies
In the Select Company dialog, click the "Disconnected Companies" button. A list of companies that exist in the system but are not currently displayed in the active companies list will appear.
🔄 How to work with them
✅ By selecting a company in the list and clicking the Connect button, you reconnect the company and it will start appearing in the company list in the Select Company dialog.
🗑️ By selecting a company in the list and clicking the Delete button, a confirmation dialog will appear, warning you that deleting the company will permanently remove all data.
It is also recommended to back up the company first. You can do this by clicking the Create Backup button. To prevent accidental deletion, you must also check the "Really delete company" checkbox to confirm that you truly want to delete the company. Only after checking this box will the Delete Company button become available.
⚠️ Error during deletion
If an error message Failed to delete the database. Make sure no other users are connected to it appears when attempting to delete, verify that no application is accessing the disconnected company via an API user, or that there are no active WebHooks.
📌 Recommendations
If you have many companies in the list and temporarily do not need some of them, disconnecting them will help you keep the list organized.
Disconnecting does not mean deleting data – a company can be reconnected at any time.
Before permanently deleting a company, consider whether you want to create a backup first.
