How to launch the Abra Flexi application for the first time

Application Activation

When you launch the application for the first time after installation, the "Application Activation" dialog will appear on your screen, where:

  • using the "Upload Configuration File" button, you can upload the configuration file you downloaded upon completing registration.

  • If you do not have the configuration file, you can find it in the email we sent you.

  • By clicking the flag button, you can select one of the supported languages. Flexi will communicate with you in the selected language.

  • Another option is "Set Manually", if you wish to enter the data source yourself.

First Application Launch​

When launching the application for the first time on a local computer, or when accessing the server for the first time, the "First Launch" dialog will appear.

In this dialog, you need to enter the credentials for the first user of Flexi, who will also be the user with the highest level of permissions (Admin).

  • ​Username - must not contain diacritical characters or spaces; you must remember the exact combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.

  • Password - must be entered twice for confirmation and both entries must match.

  • Language - select the user interface language from the drop-down list

Summary

  • After installation, select your language and either upload the configuration file or manually configure the data source.

  • In the "First Launch" dialog, set up the administrator user, password, and application language.

  • This completes the initial setup and you can proceed to use the application.
