How to Connect Roger Payment to ABRA Flexi

Shorten invoice payment terms to 3 days. Submit invoices for financing in just a few clicks.

Who is Roger?

Roger connects investors with small and medium-sized businesses that struggle with long invoice payment terms. It does so through a central bank-regulated platform where investors compete daily for issued invoices with extended due dates.

What does the add-on do?

  • Conveniently send invoices directly from ABRA Flexi via API for financing.

  • Track the financing status of individual invoices using labels.

  • Know in advance which invoices are eligible for financing and how much it will cost.

  • Receive 75% of the invoice value within 3 days, with the remaining 25% paid after your customer settles the invoice
    - no meetings required, fully online
    - you only pay for financed amounts — no flat fees or hidden charges.

Installation requirements and what to prepare

The Roger integration works with Flexi running in the cloud or on a client server that provides a public IP address. It will not work with local installations of Flexi.

The add-on also requires a dedicated API user (User type: REST API / User role: ADMIN). If you do not have a free API user available, contact obchodflexi@abra.eu and we will provide one free of charge for the duration of your Roger usage.

Roger needs your API user's Username and Password in advance. If you prefer not to share them, we can create a new API user for you with a unique set of credentials. You then send these to Roger at the address they will provide before installation.

Also prepare your Server Name. You can find it in the URL if you use the web version (e.g. https://armente-2.flexibee.eu/c/armente-2/faktura-vydana), or in the desktop application at: Help - About - Application Details - Central Server Address

One last thing — install TeamViewer. You can install it via this link and then share your ID and Password (Allow Remote Control) with your Roger manager.

Add-on installation

  • Conducted online with a dedicated Roger manager (approx. 30 min.).

  • Ideally attended by someone who issues invoices and handles finances at your company.

  • We prefer Zoom, but MS Teams or Google Hangout are also possible, along with TeamViewer for remote access to your computer.

What should you check before sending an invoice? How do you monitor invoice statuses to stay on top of when funds will arrive in your account? Typically, this takes up to 3 days.
