This article provides instructions on how to import bank statements into Flexi downloaded from ČSOB, and how to create payment orders that can be imported and submitted via online banking.

Flexi supports the following formats for ČSOB: MultiCash (utf-8), ABO, SEPA XML

Use the MultiCash (utf-8) format for importing foreign bank statements.

Use the ABO format for importing domestic bank statements.

Use the SEPA XML format for generating foreign payment orders.

Use the ABO format for generating domestic payment orders.

Bank account setup in Flexi

First, you need to set up a bank account in Flexi. You can find the settings in the menu under Money > List of Bank Accounts, where you can create a new account.

Pay particular attention to the settings for your account number, file format, file folders, and file extensions. Files downloaded from the banking application must be placed in the specified folder. You can then easily import statements in the Bank module using the Services > Import Statements button.

If everything is correctly configured as shown in the attached screenshot, you can export a payment order using the Send button on the order.

Then simply complete the export wizard, where you select the electronic form of the order.

A file preview is displayed, and once completed, the order is saved to the configured folder.

In the web interface, the bank account setup is similar to the desktop application. The account is configured in the List of Bank Accounts menu, where you open the relevant account by clicking on the corresponding record.

In the next window, configure primarily the account number and bank code, as well as the format and path for statements and orders:
