Add-on Installation
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used both in the ABRA Flexi desktop application and in the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch away via Company - Select Company and navigate back to the relevant company.
How Does the Add-on Work?
The mutual offset with difference add-on is designed for users whose offsets are not 1:1 and where the difference needs to be settled by an additional payment.
As standard, any modifications or new print reports are only available as custom development. However, a selection of print reports is available on our add-ons page. One of these is the "Mutual Offset with Difference" print report. Once you download and install the add-on, this report will appear directly in the print reports section:
This report also includes a sentence that changes based on the amount of the difference, along with information about the account number and variable symbol the customer should use when paying the outstanding balance.
