In this article, we will show you how to generate a report for the District Social Security Administration. We will also explain why some information may not appear in the report and how to fix it.
Generating a Report for the DSSA
The report can be found in the menu Employees - Print Outputs - For DSSA - Insurance Premium Overview:
A wizard will open where you can select the period for which you want to generate the report and choose whether to create the file in PDF or XML format. The XML file can then be sent directly via a data mailbox or uploaded to the CSSA portal.
It may happen that not all fields are populated in the report. The most common missing items are the variable symbol, bank account number, or contact person. Below, we will show you where to enter this information in Flexi.
Variable Symbol
The variable symbol must be entered in the menu Business Partners - Company Addresses for the specific DSSA office:
You will also need to enter the banking details in the company settings under the Modules - Employees - Insurance tab, in the Address and Bank Details field:
Bank Account Details
Bank account details are entered in the same way as the variable symbol. Again, add the bank account information to the address book and fill in the bank details in the company settings.
Contact Person
Contact person details are populated based on the currently logged-in user. The first name, last name, phone number, and email address can be entered in the menu Tools - Company Users, where you open the relevant user by clicking the Edit button and fill in the details in the header and on the Basic Information tab:
