How to Set Up a Fixed Variance Source for Social Management

Do you have a fixed variable symbol for the social security administration and don't want to enter it manually every time? This article provides instructions on how to set a fixed variable symbol so that it is populated automatically in all reports.

The easiest way is through Company - Settings. Here, click on Modules - Employees - Insurance. Look at the social insurance table and click the magnifying glass icon next to the Address and bank details row to proceed to the next step.

The magnifying glass will open the Address Book for social security offices. Select the social security office you use and click Change:

The editing window for this partner will open. Navigate to the Bank Details tab at the bottom, select the record, and again choose the Change option:

A final window will open with the specific bank account details. Here you will find the field for the Variable Symbol — enter your value there.

The variable symbol will now be populated automatically in all reports and payments.
