Flexi has 3 groups of users: standard (NORMAL) users, so-called API users, and read-only users. How can you find out how many of each type you are using?
The easiest way is to check within the application, specifically under Help - Application License: Number of licensed users / Current. This gives you general counts and, most importantly, tells you whether you still have any available slots for standard users with write access.
Are you looking for specific usernames and their access to individual companies? The web interface provides the easiest way to view this:

The URL of a specific company needs to be included in the full URL, however the user list returned covers the entire server. For help constructing the URL, please contact your IT server administrator — or, if you are running on our cloud, feel free to contact us directly.
