As of version 2024.6, we have added a new field — Employment Code for ČSSZ — to the employment record.
Employment Type Code for ČSSZ
The Employment Type Code (PP Code) for ČSSZ indicates the order/sequence of the employment relationship. It is used, for example, when notifying the start of employment.
(Previously, the system filled in the sequence automatically, but the user had no way to specify which employment relationship sequence it referred to.)
When upgrading to the new version, the PP Codes for ČSSZ will be filled in automatically, provided that the ELDP Code has been entered.
When adding a new employee, the system will display a warning upon saving if these fields have not been filled in.
Employment Type and ELDP Code Combinations
The application now includes validation rules for these fields. The most common combinations are:
1-STANDARD - Standard employment contract
1 – first employment relationship

PP Code for ČSSZ: 1
Validation:
ELDP Code is mandatory.
The first character must be 1 - 9, the second character D, P, N, R, M, V, or +, and the third character S or +.
The PP Code for ČSSZ must be one of the characters 1 - 9.
2-DPP - Agreement on work performance
T - first agreement on work performance with the same employer
ELDP Code: T++
PP Code for ČSSZ: T
Validation:
ELDP Code is not mandatory; however, if filled in, it must follow the specified format.
The first character must be T - Z, the second character D, P, N, R, M, V, or +, and the third character S or +.
The PP Code for ČSSZ must be one of the characters T - Z.
3-DPČ - Agreement on working activity

4-PARTNER, EXEC., CO-OP MEMBER - A cooperative member who is not in an employment-law relationship with the cooperative but performs work for it and is remunerated by it, and who did not reach a countable income in the calendar year

Employment types without codes
Employment types for which neither an ELDP Code nor a PP Code for ČSSZ is required.
6-NON-RESIDENT REMUN. OUTSIDE EU: Member of a statutory body, non-resident from a country outside the EU, receiving remuneration
7-LOCAL COUNCIL MEMBER: Non-released member of a local council
IRREGULAR ASSISTANCE: Irregular assistance work
PRACTICAL TRAINING: A pupil or student whose only income consists of income from dependent activity and functional benefits earned during practical training
Z-MOTIVATION ALLOWANCE: Motivation allowance
