Generating Disbursement Requests

In the company settings module, click on the Modules - Goods tab and check the option to enable generation of issue requests. This feature is intended for cases where you have invoiced but not yet stocked goods. Using this option, an issue slip with zero quantity will be fulfilled (the goods will be issued from stock and the status of the document (issue slip) will change to "Generated from invoice"). In the stock document line items, the "Quantity/Issue UoM" column will be filled in with the actual quantity issued. The values of the "Request UoM" and "Quantity/Issue UoM" fields will be identical.
