In the case of a non-profit organization, go to the Tools -> Codebooks -> Activity module to create the main activity and the economic activity. For each one, you need to select the appropriate Activity Type.
When creating each document, you will then select which activity it relates to. This selection will subsequently be automatically reflected in the income statement.
