The "Contract Analysis" report does not take into account whether a document linked to a contract is an accounting document or not. The Contract Analysis works with all linked documents.
If you need a report that only includes posted (i.e., accounting) documents, you must use the accounting output "Accounting Contract Analysis" (Accounting -> Accounting Outputs).
