Fixopay: Unauthorized attempt to create a record (DoklFak#-1)

The error can appear for two reasons:

1) The user account you are attempting to use to create the document (credit note, etc.) does not have permission to create it.

2) The period (or the given register) is locked, meaning it is not possible to add a new record to it.
