Annual Tax Settlement for Terminated Employment

How to pay an employee their annual tax settlement in the month in which their employment has already been terminated?

In the employee's employment record, the Termination tab contains the End of Employment and Active Until dates.

In this case, the End of Employment field should contain the actual termination date, and the Active Until field should contain the date corresponding to the month in which the annual settlement will be paid out.
