In HR settings under payroll parameters, the following option will most likely not be active:
Health insurance – top-up to the minimum assessment base
Health Insurance Contributions
If the month starts on a weekend and the illness begins on the first working day of the month, the health insurance contribution for the 1st day is not calculated
