Double-entry bookkeeping
The overview displays data from an accounting perspective — for example, if the bank account 221 has a balance of CZK 25,000, the overview will show CZK 25,000. The same applies to all other fields: the Cash Register field reflects the balance of account 211, Inventory Status reflects the balance of account 132, and Costs and Revenues are pulled from account classes 5 and 6.
Cash-basis accounting
The chart, where the data is incorrectly labeled as Costs and Revenues, actually represents income and expenses. The Bank and Cash Register fields display data from the bank
and cash book, and the Inventory Status field shows the current inventory value in CZK.
