A fixopy, or unexpected application error, occurs when one of the application's exceptions is triggered.
The details of the error can be identified by launching the application with debug logging enabled and reproducing the same issue.
Launching the application with debug logging will provide you with more detailed information, which is displayed in the terminal window.
If the information is unclear to you and the error keeps occurring, please send us the error for analysis. To do so, you will need to provide your email address so we can get back to you, along with a description of when and how the error occurred. We will then investigate the error and attempt to resolve the issue.
