This is likely caused by an incompatibility between the graphics card drivers and the Java version.
Upgrading the graphics card drivers, or downgrading/upgrading the Java version, may resolve the issue.
Another option, if updating does not help, would be to add the following line to the parametry.txt file (located in the Flexi installation folder):
-Dsun.java2d.opengl=true
