If the customer has their own server (in Fixopia, this can be identified by the DB server host and port and Installation type) and the following error appears in Fixopia: class com.mchange.v2.resourcepool.TimeoutException: A client timed out while waiting to acquire a resource from com.mchange.v2.resourcepool.BasicResourcePool@7c049479 -- timeout at awaitAvailable(), the connection to the server has been interrupted — the customer must contact their server administrator.
class java.sql.SQLException: A client attempt to check out a Connection has timed out.
