An automatic user link can be created in the menu Tools -> Codebooks -> User Link Types.
Display on form - the agenda in which the selected linked data can be looked up
Data from form - the agenda from which the selected data is retrieved
Where the following field matches the primary record - the selected data

An example of creating a user link between an inventory count and generated documents.
The documents generated from the inventory count are then visible in the links of the given inventory count.

An example of creating a user link between a received invoice and a payment order.
The link is subsequently created on the received invoice once it is loaded into the payment order.
To identify which payment order it refers to, select the link and choose Open. This will display the line items of the payment order. You can then show the Order column, which contains the order ID in which the invoice is included. You can subsequently look up the order by its ID in the payment orders register.
