Effective Use of the Payroll Module in Flexi

When working with the Payroll module, it is advisable to plan its use for the entire annual period. This approach offers several advantages:

  • You obtain complete payroll records for the entire period.

  • You have an ongoing overview of employees' average earnings.

  • You simplify the preparation of documents for the annual settlement of income tax from dependent activity.

For this reason, we do not recommend using the Payroll module only for part of a period — this could cause complications and gaps in data continuity.


Importing Employees and Documents

Employees can be easily added to the system using the Excel import. While it is not possible to import all data fields, you can use the import for basic HR information — for example, the details displayed in the header of individual employee records.

Internal documents and liabilities can also be imported; however, from a data continuity perspective, it is often more practical to generate these documents directly from the payroll update process.
