Different Warranty Periods

I have products that have a 12-month warranty period for business customers, but a 24-month warranty for end consumers. How do I handle this?

Only one warranty value can be entered under a single price list item.

It is also possible to enter the warranty period in a different field and then print it in the relevant outputs as needed.

If you need to add a field you use to a print report, you can follow the documentation for customizing user reports. However, we do not provide support for this process. The second option is to order a print report customization from us. Simply contact support to do so.
