Importing Bank Statements
First, you need to set up a bank account in Flexi. You can find the settings in the menu Money > Bank Account List, where you will create a new account.
Pay particular attention to the configuration of your account number, where you will enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. Choose the file format according to the date format in the statements. Set the folder for files and the file extension. Downloaded files from the payment gateway must be placed in the specified folder. You can then easily import the statements in the Bank module using the Services > Import Statements button.
The statement downloaded from the PayPal payment gateway must have the following format: Download.vas@email.cz.csv
The Dativery add-on downloads statements automatically, so no further action is required. Bank statements are updated every 60 minutes without any user intervention thanks to this add-on.
