Document Types
Accounting – Document Types
Document types must be configured before you start issuing any documents. A document type defines the basic properties of a document and organizes documents into groups. The following forms are included:
Internal Document Types
Accounting – Document Types – Internal Document Types
The values registered here are then available in the Accounting – Internal Documents menu (the Main tab – the Document Type field).
Other Receivable Types
Accounting – Document Types – Other Receivable Types
The values registered here are then available in the Accounting – Other Receivables menu (the Main tab – the Receivable Type field).
Other Liability Types
Accounting – Document Types – Other Liability Types
The values registered here are then available in the Accounting – Other Liabilities menu (the Main tab – the Liability Type field).
