You have successfully created your user account in the web interface and we can now move on to the next step, which is creating a "New Company".
In the form, you need to fill in the company's general information, which should match the data in the commercial register. This includes the company name, registered address, company registration number (IČ), whether the company is a VAT payer, and contact details.
You also need to enter the legislation country and the organization type (cash-basis accounting, double-entry bookkeeping, contributory and non-profit organizations).
Pay close attention to the selected organization type and legislation country — this step is irreversible.
Once you have entered this data, proceed by clicking the "Create" button.
In this step, you will enter the company's primary business activity and its NACE code. The NACE code represents the classification of economic activity used by the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ) and can be looked up here.
The appearance is primarily preset to a standard row size, font size, and light background. Here you can choose the layout that best suits your preferences.
Continue by clicking the "Create" button.
If a contact email address was not entered during user registration, you will need to provide one for future communication with technical support.
Congratulations — your company has now been created and you are ready to get started.
On the left side, you can see the newly created company and the default modules. By clicking on "More Agendas", you will see all available agendas.
In the remaining area of the screen, you can see the "Dashboard", which provides a graphical overview of the company's processed accounting data.
You can update your user details at any time by clicking the icon in the top-right corner.
To edit the company details or add the company logo and stamp, click on the company name in the top-left corner.
Select "Company Settings" from the menu and make the necessary changes.
