Saturday and Sunday supplement
the default rate is 10%; you can change this percentage in the Employees - Wage component settings menu. Instructions for configuring it can be found here.
Night supplement
the default rate is 10%; you can change this percentage in the Employees - Wage component settings menu. Instructions for configuring it can be found here.
Public holiday supplement
this is a reward for cases where the employee worked on a public holiday, and is therefore entitled to 100% of their wage
Split shift supplement
this supplement applies to employees who work shifts divided into 2 or more parts; the supplement is typically set at 30%, which can be configured in the Employees - Wage component settings menu in the Percentage/constant field
Work environment supplement 25
supplement valid for the year 2025 for work in a difficult working environment
the minimum wage applicable from 1 January 2025 is CZK 20,800
the wage component settings have a preset minimum threshold of CZK 12.44 per hour; you can of course adjust this amount
On-call (on-site)
compensation for on-call duty at the workplace
this compensation is no longer used — in order for an employee to receive an on-call supplement, they must be located off-site (otherwise it would constitute working time, for which they would be entitled to regular pay)
On-call (off-site)
compensation for on-call duty away from the workplace
this compensation is provided not for performing work, but for being available to perform work, and is therefore not included in the average earnings calculation
the default value in Flexi is 10%, which is the minimum amount; you can change this percentage as needed
Special supplement
the matter of the special supplement is governed by government regulation
this is a supplement for work in a highly psychologically demanding environment or in a life-threatening environment — occupations are divided into 5 groups, each with a different supplement amount (these amounts can be found in the regulation referenced above)
since the supplement amount can vary, no percentage is pre-filled in Flexi and must be entered manually:
Personal evaluation/supplement
this is part of the wage and behaves similarly to a monthly salary — it is therefore included in health insurance, social insurance, and average earnings calculations, and tax is deducted from it
the personal evaluation amount can be defined in the wage component settings (you can enter it as a percentage, a monthly amount, or an hourly amount)
Management supplement
this supplement applies to a managerial employee based on the complexity of their work
it is governed by Section 124 of the Labour Code No. 262/2006 Coll.
the supplement can be entered in the wage component settings in the Percentage/constant field:
Info supplement
information about the supplement is printed on the payslip, but does not enter into the actual calculation
it serves only as a note that a supplement was provided, for example in a non-monetary (in-kind) form, and is therefore not part of the wage
