Not all countries are included in the Flexi database, so you may need to add one manually. Below, we describe how to correctly add a country that is not available in Flexi by default.
In the desktop application, go to the horizontal menu and select Tools - Codebooks - Countries:
After clicking, a list of all countries registered in Flexi will open. Clicking the "New" button will open the country editing form.
By filling in the required details, you will add the country to Flexi. However, this only adds the country itself — the corresponding VAT rates must be added manually.
VAT rates for individual countries can be found under Tools - Codebooks - VAT Rates. After selecting this option, an overview will open where you need to select the country for which you want to set the VAT rates from the drop-down list:
After selecting the country, click "New" and add the applicable VAT rates:
