Not all countries are included in the Flexi database, so you may occasionally need to add one manually. The steps below explain how to correctly add a country that is not available in Flexi by default.
In the desktop application, go to Tools → Code Lists → Countries in the horizontal menu:
Clicking this option opens a list of all countries registered in Flexi. Press the New button to open the country editor.
Fill in the required details to add the country to Flexi. Note that this only adds the country itself — the corresponding VAT rates must be added manually.
VAT rates for individual countries can be found under Tools → Code Lists → VAT Rates. After selecting this option, an overview opens where you must choose the country you want to configure VAT rates for from the drop-down list:
After selecting the country, click New and add the applicable VAT rates:
