Codes for Bulk Notification
The employer bulk notification is submitted by a company when employees are registered, deregistered, or when changes occur regarding health insurance.
ABRA Flexi currently supports only the registration code P and the deregistration code O.
Code "P" is used by the employer to register for payment of insurance premiums on behalf of an employee.
Code "O" is used by the employer to deregister from payment of insurance premiums on behalf of an employee — as of the date of termination of employment.
Employer Bulk Notification
The form for the Employer Bulk Notification can be found in the menu Employees - Print Outputs - Employer Bulk Notification
As of version 2026.2, a new option to generate an XML file has been added.
Health insurance company OZP has, as of 1 January 2026, accepted the Employer Bulk Notification only in XML format.
Other health insurance companies currently accept PDF.
Set the period and the target file where you want to save the notification, then choose whether you want to generate the output for registrations only, deregistrations only, or both, and click the Next button.
Here, check the boxes on the left to select the employees to be included in the bulk notification, then click the Finish button.
The bulk notification will then be generated for each individual insurance company into the folder you prepared.
Open the PDF file to verify that it has been filled in correctly automatically.
The company's registration number (IČ) is automatically populated in the form field for the Insurance Premium Payer Identification Number.
Frequently Asked Questions
1) After generating the notification, the following error message appears:
This message means that you have not filled in the print code in the menu Business Partners - Company Addresses on the Details tab:
2) After generating the notification, the following error message appears: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
This means that you have the PDF reader open with the form. Simply close the PDF reader and generate the notification again.
3) I am using Linux and I cannot edit the print output.
When using the Linux operating system, you need to have a version of the system that supports Adobe Reader.
For advanced IT users, this can be worked around on Linux by following this guide.
4) The change code was not filled in on the bulk notification.
Flexi can only distinguish between an employee's start and end of employment. For any other type of change, you can enter the code manually.
