Add-on Installation

The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.

For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch companies via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.

How Does the Add-on Work?

The "Automatic Posting of Bank Transactions" add-on allows you to automatically post bank transactions in bulk based on a specified description or phrase contained in those transactions. With a single click, you can define a rule for bulk posting. Once a rule is added, the add-on will display payments that have not yet been posted but match the defined posting rule. The resulting offset account can be adjusted and submitted to Flexi in a single step.

This add-on is ideal when you have a large volume of identical bank transactions with recurring values, where it is possible to define a rule for consistent posting.

After activating the add-on, you will find the "Post by Rules" function in the top menu of the Bank module.

The add-on is available for the Basic, Business, and Premium plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and on a company server (with a public IP address).

The feature is launched by opening a window in your web browser.

You can then choose the option to suggest rules based on your data. The evaluation uses bank data filtered to posted documents that are unmatched within the last 4 months.

You can also add an individual rule — the add-on will then find matching bank transactions, display a list of them, and perform the posting in a single click.

You will then be notified of the completion of posting for the payments listed above that matched the defined rule.

A created rule can be copied to another company in which this add-on is activated.
