If the default values in the names of PDF files downloaded from Flexi do not suit you, simply change them using our add-on.
Add-on installation
The add-on can be ordered by email at podporaflexi@abra.eu. Once you receive the XML file, import it using the XML Import feature.
Desktop application: Tools -> Import -> Import XML, then select the file.
Download it from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu) — it can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new functionality to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch companies via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.
How does the add-on work?
The "Rename Files" add-on allows you to include the document code and the name of the company the document is issued to in the PDF file name when downloading. It is useful when you download PDF documents to your computer and need to quickly sort documents by the company they are issued to. The standard Flexi feature only allows the document code to be included in the file name, without the company name.
Once the add-on is applied, this advanced parameter takes effect immediately for newly downloaded PDF documents. No new feature will appear in the application, and if you wish to remove it in the future, simply log in to the add-on page on our website and select "Uninstall".
The add-on is available for the Basic, Business, and Premium plans. It is available in the cloud and for on-premise servers (with a public IP address).
