Automation Settings Summary
The basic summary provides an overview of all configured reports — that is, the individual settings that were saved in the previous step.
The available information in the columns is:
Custom SMTP – yes/no, indicating whether the report will be sent via a custom SMTP or via ABRA Flexi's SMTP
Email addresses – a list of email addresses to which the report will be sent
Queries – the selected user queries including their parameter settings
If a user query is deleted, a message about the missing query will be displayed. This setting will not be accepted by the automation and must be deleted and re-entered.
Automation – displays information about the frequency of automatic sending by the automation
Cancel – a button for deleting the selected setting; this action is irreversible
Controls
Each application window has its own controls.
The primary control is the top bar, which offers a return to the main Automation Settings Summary via the home icon. The gear icon provides access back to the individual settings.
The main summary has 2 buttons available.
The main summary buttons are "Send queries manually now" and "Add settings".
The first button triggers an immediate send of all configured reports. This performs a manual dispatch of the report to the selected email addresses. Depending on the SMTP server queue, there may be a delay in delivery.
The "Add settings" button takes you back to the Automation Settings tab, where you can add another reporting configuration.
Reporting Output
The email recipient will receive a report containing the relevant output in the body of the email along with a brief introductory note. The email also includes an XLS attachment containing the same report, suitable for export or saving for further processing. See example below:
If the report is misconfigured — for example, if a required user query parameter is missing and the query cannot be evaluated — the recipient will receive the following message:
Automatic Sending
In exceptional cases, our SMTP server may become overloaded. If reports are not being sent, please contact our technical support team and we will investigate the SMTP server.
