Add-on Installation
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply navigate away via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.
How Does the Add-on Work?
The "Bulk Changes to Stock Cards" add-on allows you to perform bulk data changes to price list items within a stock card. This add-on enables changes that are not available in the standard Flexi menu, and its key advantage is the ability to modify multiple data fields for selected stock card items simultaneously.
Once the add-on is activated, you will find a custom button in the top menu of the Stock Cards agenda.
The add-on is available for the Business and Premium plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and on a company server (with a public IP address).
First, you will need to select the stock card items for which you want to perform a bulk data change. You can narrow down your selection by using the quick filter in the top menu: select a warehouse, or optionally a product group.
After making your selection, click the new custom button "bulk change".
You will then be redirected and a new window will open in your PC's web browser (see screenshot below).
In the form, select the fields you want to change or fill in, then click "Bulk Change". In this example, we are setting the room, rack, and shelf location in the warehouse, as well as the minimum stock level in the unit of measure.
NOTE: For the room, rack, and shelf fields, the prerequisite is that the data already exists in Flexi — you simply select the appropriate value.
After clicking the button, the page will confirm that the changes have been successfully applied.
Once you return to the Flexi application, the changes will be reflected after refreshing the Stock Cards agenda or by pressing the keyboard shortcut Alt + R.
