Add-on Installation
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch companies via Company – Select Company and return to the relevant company.
How Does the Add-on Work?
The "Purchase Order with Price Level Discount" add-on allows you to generate a printed report of a received purchase order that displays the price level discount applied to each individual line item.
The add-on is available for the Business and Premium editions and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and for on-premise servers (with a public IP address).
Once the add-on is activated, you will find the output in the list of print reports (printer icon) in the top menu of the Sales / Purchase Orders module.
allows you to print a purchase order showing the price level discount applied to all line items
if the order does not contain any items with a price level, the subtotal row is not printed
displays the discount amount (in %) and the pre-discount price
in the summary section, prints the total price before discount and the total discount amount
option to set as the default report for printing. This can be configured in the order type settings (Sales -> Document Types -> Purchase Order Types / Print)
