Add-on Installation
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch companies via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.
How Does the Add-on Work?
The "VAT Receipt with Advance Invoice Line Items" add-on allows you to generate a printed report of a VAT Receipt for Advance Payment that displays the line items from the advance invoice. A linked, paid advance invoice is required.
The add-on is available for Premium plans and is free of charge. It is available in the cloud and on company servers (with a public IP address).
After activating the add-on, you will find the output in the list of print reports (printer icon) in the top menu of the Sales / Issued Invoices module.
The print report includes information about which Advance Invoice the generated VAT Receipt is linked to, and also contains the advance invoice line items — unlike the standard print report. The differences are illustrated below.

!!! The text must be added to the "Introduction" tab of the created VAT Receipt !!!
option to set as the default report for printing. Configure this in the Issued Invoices type settings (Sales -> Document Types -> Issued Invoice Types / Print)
