The add-on allows you to split a bank payment to precisely match a deposit invoice. The application automatically locates the deposit using the payment's variable symbol, offers a suggested payment split, and then matches the split payment with the deposit.
Installing the add-on
The add-on can be downloaded from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). It is free of charge and can be used in both the ABRA Flexi desktop application and the web interface.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply switch companies via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.
What does the add-on do?
Splits the deposit payment into two transactions. Based on the amount of the located deposit, it immediately suggests the amounts to use for the split. If you attempt to enter a remainder that does not match the total of the original payment, the application will not allow the split to proceed.
The application interface displays a summary of both the deposit invoice and the bank transaction that is about to be split.
Once the split is confirmed, the newly split payment is automatically matched with the deposit and a new bank transaction is created for the remaining amount. The remainder is labeled "Overpayment - to be returned".
The add-on supports splitting payments for both issued and received deposit invoices.

How do I activate this add-on?
