For employment type no. 4, a long label is pulled into the pay slip, which can be confusing for some employees. In this case, the add-on for changing this text can be very useful — and it is free for all customers.
Installing the add-on
The add-on can be installed from our website: Add-ons - ABRA Flexi (flexibee.eu). This add-on is free for all plans.
For the new feature to appear in the application, you need to either fully close and restart Flexi, or simply navigate away via Company - Select Company and return to the relevant company.
Selecting a print report
After installing the add-on, an additional report will appear in the print reports for pay slips:
When sending a pay slip, you can choose whether to use the standard pay slip, which looks as follows:
The text here is quite long, it does not indicate that the person is a company director, and it does not fit in the field in its entirety.
If you choose to use the customized print report, the text will appear as follows:
Sending the pay slip
The only drawback is that in this case you will need to send pay slips in two separate batches, precisely because of the need to select a different print report.
Sending via email client
To send the add-on print report, click the "yellow printer" icon in the top toolbar, select the row with the new print report, and click the envelope icon:
This will open your email client with the print report for the company director:
The remaining pay slips can be sent in the same way as before.
Sending via SMTP server
When sending via SMTP server, you also need to follow a two-step process. Send the standard pay slips in the usual way. To send the customized print report, you must again use the "yellow printer" icon, select the row with the new print report, click the small arrow next to the envelope icon, and choose Send (SMTP):
