Regarding service management, there are 2 options:
1) Solution directly in Flexi using the Orders module
We assume you will want to handle service management including warehouse functionality, meaning a special warehouse will be created solely for this purpose. For this warehouse — named, for example, "Service" — an off-balance-sheet account will be configured so that accounting is not affected. Everything then works in the standard way through received orders in the Sales module, where you can track various details such as status, deadlines, the responsible person, attachments, etc. You can add individual price list items to service records, and so on. A special document series will be created for these orders — named, for example, "Service".
2) Solution via a specialized web application
A further and more comprehensive option is a web-based service application built directly on top of ABRA Flexi, known as FlexiServis, provided by our distribution partner ARIT s.r.o. For more information, please visit this page.
