Starting with version 2026.2, ABRA Flexi allows you to bulk edit data in Personnel and in Employment Relationship.

Bulk changes can only be made to the new fields added for correct reporting under JMHZ (Unified Monthly Employer Report).

Bulk changes are available in Personnel.

Only the fields Highest Education Attained per KKOV and Country of Residence can be changed in bulk.

The bulk change is only applied to the Current Settings in Personnel

for fields on the JMHZ tab.

A new option has been added to bulk edit JMHZ fields on employment relationships. This is handled by a new register, Employees - Employment Relationship Overview for Bulk Changes

This displays an overview of currently valid employment relationships.

You can filter by Employment Relationship Type, Group of Persons, or Department.

Only the newly added JMHZ fields can be changed in bulk.

This new register also shows us what data has been filled in on the employment relationship.

You can open the employment relationship and check it directly at the employment relationship level.

The bulk change is only applied to the Current Settings in Employment Relationship

for JMHZ fields on the Position Held or Working Hours tab.
