Use pgAdmin 4 – this is the currently supported version.
Compatibility
pgAdmin 4 supports PostgreSQL 9.2 and higher
the older tool pgAdmin 3 is no longer supported (EOL)

or directly in the database (e.g. via pgAdmin)
