Flexi does not support the sale of second-hand goods under §90 of the VAT Act.
Only items with a zero rate and the amount subject to tax can be entered.
The "Issued Invoice - Second-Hand Goods" add-on is available (from the Premium license onwards), which hides VAT when the following conditions are met:
Second-hand goods items must be filled in the price list.
The item representing the margin must be entered in the price list as a general fee and linked to the second-hand goods items.
Both the second-hand goods item and the margin item (fee) must have the label "POUŽITÉ ZBOŽÍ" assigned (exactly as written, in capital letters).
The invoice type must have the "Create recycling fees" checkbox enabled in the Administration tab.
To display the invoice without VAT as required, the "Invoice - Used Goods" print template must be used (it will appear in the print templates after installing the add-on mentioned above).
