Social insurance is being calculated at a rate of 26% because in your company settings, under the Employees - Other module, the option Refund of 50% of sick pay compensation is checked. This option was used in the past, and the company would remit exactly 26% in social insurance contributions.
If you uncheck this box and in the payroll update select Cancel calculation and then Recalculate payroll, social insurance will be calculated correctly.
