Mac OS
If you launch the Flexi installation on Mac OS X and see the error message: "Software pochází od neznámého vývojáře" or "The software is from an unidentified developer.", please follow the steps below:
Hold the Control key and click on the installation package file at the same time. A context menu will appear. Select [Open].
A message will appear: "The software is from an unidentified developer. Are you sure you want to open it?" Select [Open].
The installation wizard will launch.
MS Windows
On MS Windows, you may see the message: "Windows protected your PC." The behavior depends on your settings in the Windows Defender Security Center:
1. If your Security Center setting under App & browser control, in the Check apps and files section, is set to "Block," the installation will not be allowed to run.
2. You will therefore need to change this option to "Warn" or "Off."
3. If the option is set to "Warn" and the message "Windows protected your PC" appears, click More info and then click the Run anyway button.
4. The installation wizard will launch.
