You can find print outputs for health insurance companies under Employees → Print outputs → For health insurance companies. They are saved as PDF, which can only be displayed correctly by Adobe Reader.
⚠️ In a browser window or another PDF reader, the form will appear blank or incomplete. This is not an export error — download the file to your disk and open it directly in Adobe Reader.
Running on Linux
On Linux, you need a distribution on which Adobe Reader can run. Advanced users can run it via Wine — you can find the procedure and current compatibility status in the WineHQ database.
ℹ️ This is a limitation of the form format, not of ABRA Flexi. Running Adobe Reader via Wine is not covered by our support.
Current forms
The current version of the forms is issued by the respective insurance company, for example the Employer's Mass Notification on the VZP website.
